Chipotle Rub Ribs
Ingredients: 1 Rack of Ribs, a packet of our Chipotle Rub, Yellow Mustard & White Wine Vinegar
Grab yourself a rack of ribs, let them come up to room temperature.
Peel off the membrane from the underside of the ribs
Generously dust the ribs on both sides with our Chipotle Rub. The more the better!
Pop them in the oven at 140 for 2hrs 30.
Mix 4 tablespoons of yellow mustard with a tablespoon of cider vinegar and mix together.
Brush the ribs on both sides with the mixture.
Wrap the ribs in tin foil and place in the over for an hour then allow them to cool for 30 minutes.
The ribs are now ready to enjoy with whatever sides you like.
